That's because our mission at Delta Mailbox Sales is to help you pick the right mailbox product, not to close a sale on our website. We want to make sure you know what you want and we want to make sure we know what you need.

Before you get in touch with us, take a few moments to review some of the questions below, to help us help you pick the right mailbox for your needs.

Are you replacing old boxes or buying ones for new construction?
Has the post office stopped delivery?
Do you know what style you are looking for:
Vertical
Horizontal
Pedestal?
Do you know how many units you need?
Do you know who is the manufacturer of your current mailbox?
If you have vertical boxes, are they recessed into the wall or surface-mounted?
If you have vertical boxes, are they the old style—about 3.5 inches wide and 8 to 10 inches tall? Are there magazine holders beneath them? NOTE: these no longer meet postal codes and the Post Office-approved ones cannot be fully recessed (We have a solution).
For existing installations, please give us the dimensions for the entire wall where the boxes are located as well as the recess dimensions (for the in-wall style).
